Sejumlah Perusahaan AS di Indonesia Terlibat Transaksi Suap Internasional

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, NUSA DUA - Biro Penyelidik Investigasi (FBI) Amerika Serikat (AS) menyatakan ada sejumlah perusahaan AS di Indonesia yang terlibat dalam transaksi bisnis internasional. Namun, FBI enggan menyebutkan adanya keterlibatan penyelenggara negara dari Indonesia. Menurut Kepala Unit Korupsi Internasional FBI, Gary Johnson, FBI masih terus mendalami penyelidikan terkait penyuapan yang dilakukan sejumlah perusahaan AS tersebut.
Sejumlah perusahaan itu melanggar Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) atau undang-undang milik AS yang mengatur tentang korupsi yang melibatkan warga negara asing. "Tentu saja kita tidak bisa menyebutkan nama dan jumlah yang pasti berapa perusahaan itu," kata Johnson dalam keterangan persnya di konferensi internasional bertajuk 'Pemberantasan Penyuapan pada Transaksi Bisnis Internasional' di Nusa Dua, Bali, Selasa (11/5).
Menurutnya, FBI memang tidak mengejar penyelenggara negara dari Indonesia yang terlibat dalam kasus suap itu. FBI hanya fokus untuk mengejar perusahaan AS di Indonesia yang terlibat transaksi suap itu. "Kami mengejar individu-individu pemimpin perusahaan karena mereka yang melakukan penandatanganan proyek-proyek yang terindikasi suap," ujarnya.
Selain itu, FBI juga akan mengejar pihak ketiga dalam transaksi suap itu. Namun, FBI enggan menyebutkan bentuk atau pihak mana yang menjadi perantara tersebut. Meski begitu, FBI akan melaporkan ke lembaga penegak hukum Indonesia seperti Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) jika ada penyelenggara negaranya yang terlibat.
Karena, KPK telah memiliki kerjasama dengan FBI untuk penanggulangan korupsi. Menurutnya, saat ini FBI belum bisa mengumumkan ada atau tidaknya penyelenggara negara Indonesia yang terlibat. Karena, berdasarkan aturan FBI, mereka hanya mengumumkan suatu kasus ke publik setelah masuk dalam proses persidangan.
Terkait dengan hukuman kepada perusahaan AS yang terlibat suap itu, Johnson mengatakan bahwa mereka akan dikenakan hukuman denda jika mengakui terlibat dalam kasus suap itu. Namun, Johnson membantah jika hukuman denda itu dianggap sangat ringan. "Hukuman dendanya sangat besar dan bukan hukuman yang bisa diremehkan," katanya.

A hip heavy triangle and round full figured women can use clothes with vertical lines to make an up and down illusion. V-necks and skirts with slits up the sides are also good. Clothes with small padded shoulders should be chosen . Too big of pads will make you look like a foot ball player. Wear long tops that go passed your hips. Choose jackets, tailored suits and shirtwaist dresses with straight, classic cuts. Lighter colors on top can be worn, this brings eyes up. Wear dark stockings and avoid patterns. Select vertical, fluid patterns and avoid bulky fabrics. Adopt the just below the knee look in dresses and skirts. Choose accessories close to the same color clothes you are wearing including shoes.
